My GEO audit found room for improvement at PSAI — and in your clients' markets too. The first is a fix. The second is a product.
Before answering your postings, I did what a resume can't: I ran Predictive Sales AI itself through the same kind of audit your consultants run for clients — except through the AI answer layer, where your buyers actually ask their questions now. It surfaced one significant miss and one structural gap. Both verified, both screenshot-backed, both fixable — and what fixing them unlocks could change every sales pitch PSAI makes from here on.
The same consultative audit your team sells — pointed at the answer era.
A battery of real buyer-intent questions — the ones roofers, remodelers, and home-services owners now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity before they ever hit Google — plus a machine-layer inspection of how PSAI's own story is served to AI crawlers. Every result captured, timestamped August 16, 2026, and reproducible live in front of you.
Withheld here on purpose — the findings are yours to hear first, not a webpage's to leak.
Why I'm not printing them: the details are worth more to you than to a page. I'll walk you through both on screen — receipts included — in fifteen minutes. If you don't think they're material, the coffee's on me.
The miss isn't just PSAI's to repair. Understood properly, it points at something your sales team could put in front of every contractor in your book — a door-opener your competitors haven't productized yet. That's the part I want fifteen minutes for.
Six real Tampa roofers, public data, one pass of the engine. August 16–17, 2026. The full refinery tracks ~100 businesses per metro.
| BUSINESS | RATING | REVIEWS | ON THE AI SHELF? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Westfall Roofing | 4.8★ | 1,783 | YES |
| Tampa Bay Roofs | 4.8★ | 500+ | NO |
| Roof Panda | 5.0★ | 241 | NO |
| Dynamic Roofing Concepts | 4.6★ | 200+ | NO |
| Steadfast Roofing | — | — | YES |
| Fix Roofing LLC | 5.0★ | 72 | NO |
Two things one pass already found:
1. The ratings leaders are not the AI leaders. Tampa's highest-rated roofers are missing from AI answers while lower-reviewed firms get named. Every one of those mismatches is a PSAI sales conversation.
2. Someone's seeding the shelf. At least one Tampa roofer publishes its own "top 5 roofers" articles — with itself included — and AI engines cite them. Your clients' competitors are learning this before your clients are.
Why Tampa and not your backyard? Storm-driven roofing is your weather-intelligence heartland — and because the engine runs any metro in about twenty minutes, the Boca Raton pass happens live in our meeting (today's Boca shelf: Latite, Aastro — 4.9★ across 338 reviews — Graboski, ABC… and we'll see who's missing together).
The full refinery adds what this sample doesn't show: pricing signals, service menus, complaint patterns, hiring activity — refreshed monthly, per metro, for every niche you sell into. In PSAI branding, if you want it.
Close both findings in week one, then baseline the full battery on your brand and category across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity — scored and screenshotted.
The part I'll show you in the meeting — built in PSAI branding, piloted on five real accounts from your book, and handed to your sales team as something new to say in every pitch.
Monthly re-runs for PSAI + pilot clients. Visibility trends on a one-page Monday brief. Live dashboard — the same kind of page you're reading right now.
A one-page, PSAI-branded instrument per client — score, receipts, fixes, trend line. Generated automatically; delivered by your consultants in the same meeting as the SEO review. The format is this page. The contents are the meeting. ████████████████████
Same engine that publishes a live market instrument every morning at jwgre.com — headless, no human in the loop.
Fifteen minutes: both findings, the receipts, and the plan — everything it builds is yours to keep. I'm four blocks away — I ran up to $10K/day of my own Google and Instagram spend for 13 years at my print company before AI existed to help.
And your customers' world isn't theory to me — I've been on their side of the counter. Founded a small apparel factory and fulfillment center in 2011 and ran it for 13 years. Building and running construction sites since 2018 through my Los Angeles design-build firm. Relocated to Boca July 2026. Logistics, supply chain, B2B, customer service — I don't write about contractors from the outside.
